Everyone knows how important it is to be healthy. And everyone also knows how hard it is to fit health and wellness into a working day filled with meetings, more meetings, traffic, deadlines, and probably 613 other things. 

That’s why we’ve created 4-Minute Workplace Workouts. This 10-video course consists of 30 total exercises (3 per video) which are all designed to help you improve your strength, circulation and flexibility while reducing your risk of repetitive-motion injury. And it will do so without significantly interrupting your day. You can do all of these exercises from the comfort of your desk, without any equipment at all. You won’t need to change into workout clothes, you won’t need a shower when you’re done, and they really are only 4 minutes long. Everyone needs a 4-minute break now and then, and what could be better than taking care of yourself in less time than it takes to get a cup of coffee?
