Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a list of common pre-sale questions. For anything else please contact our team.
Do I have to purchase a subscription, or can I just enroll in the courses I'm most interested in?
We have several options available. You can purchase individual course access (a la carte style), or you can purchase an annual subscription (like our All Access subscription) which gets you access to every course we've created at a substantial discount.
How long do I have to take a course after purchase?
Individual course enrollments are good for one year from the time of purchase, and you can take the course as many times as you want.
Can I skip around inside a course to a particular video I'm interested in?
Yes! Our courses are designed to allow you to freely navigate. So if you decide to focus on one particular video module, you can jump right to it in the course.
Can I purchase multiple seats for my company?
Yes! Please contact our team to discuss our multi-seat options.
How will I be able to show my boss that I’ve completed my coursework?
Once you’ve completed any Levity University course, you’ll be able to download a certificate of completion. If your company has signed up for LU, your admin will also receive a copy of your completion certificates when you do.
