First Aid - Choking

Every year, thousands of people choke to death, which is awful. But also every year, tens of thousands of people don’t choke to death because somebody knew how to help them when they started to choke. Wouldn’t it be nice if that ‘somebody’ could be you?

That’s why we created First Aid – Choking, a short and simple training course designed to walk you through the steps necessary to help a choking victim breathe again. Of course we hope that you never need to use this information. But if you ever do witness a person choking, you may only have one or two minutes to save their life, which means you need to know what to do before it happens, not while it’s happening.
